Abhinav assists clients including exchange platforms, ICO companies, traditional traders/investors, crypto miners, early investors, blockchain developers, and DeFi investors. He earned his MBA in finance and accounting, a master’s degree in commerce, and a professional certification in financial modeling and business valuations. He has immense experience with working across several geographic locations at an international level in the field of finance and accounting. He is a content contributor at Pocket Experts Dot Solutions, a management consulting company for professionals to share knowledge based on their expertise. Mr. Soomaney has also been a speaker at global summits as one of the panelists to discuss the growth and scalability of cryptocurrencies and blockchain.

Outside of his time servicing clients, Abhinav facilitates the professional development of future and current Cryptocurrency and Blockchain enthusiasts in the form of seminars, and Mr. Soomaney has recently published a book in the crypto space, starting with the basics. In his free time, he also enjoys cooking, and he is a big foodie, traveling and exploring different cuisines that various cultures have to offer. Abhinav is also interested in playing sports like Squash, Soccer, Tennis, Badminton, and has participated in inter-state level competitions in the past

Jeff Neumeister is a well-educated and experienced forensic expert and consultant in accounting and financial advisory services. Small organizations, startups, holding entities, high-net-worth individuals, and middle market companies, directly and through their retained counsel, have relied upon Jeff to identify problems, uncover frauds, improve efficiencies and to initiate and defend against litigation. Over his 19 years of professional experience, he has worked in firms ranging in size from large international entities to smaller regional practices.

Jeff has been designated as an expert in multiple cases and has provided valuable deposition testimony for his clients. He has provided litigation advisory services to clients spanning a breadth of industries including construction entertainment, health care, investments, information technology, professional services, retail, oil and gas, real estate, education, food and beverage, transportation, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing. Jeff has provided business valuations for litigation and non-litigation purposes. Jeff has also managed the financial due diligence process for both buy and sell transactions. Through the use of sophisticated analytic solutions, investigative techniques, and an understanding of accounting, he has found effective solutions for a range of clients’ problems including those related to tax strategies, operational efficiencies, and internal controls.

Outside of his time servicing clients, Jeff facilitates the professional development of future and current accountants as an adjunct professor and chair of the accounting department at Woodbury University. In his free time, he also enjoys participating in distance events (e.g. marathons and triathlons) and has recently participated in the 2017 Marathon Des Sables, which is ~150-mile run through the Sahara desert. He next plans to take on a similar race through the Amazon rainforest

Ashish has completed a dual masters degree in Business and Professional Accounting from Monash University, Australia. After moving back to India, Ashish has been associated with two Unicorn companies and assisted them in their business development and strategy team for the Indian market. With an avid interest in consumer behaviour, Ashish has been focusing on client facing profiles for over 5 years which is one of his key strengths.

Outside of his time servicing clients, Ashish has been an early investor in cryptocurrencies has a keen interest in the concept of blockchain. In his free time, Ashish is a workout enthusiast and has an interest in sports like Cricket, Soccer and Handball. He has been a part of various state level competitions for the same.
